What kind of health insurance coverage do you accept?

We accept all PPOs, EPOs, HMO through Lake Side or Regal and Medicare.

What if I don’t have insurance?

We accept all major credit cards, check and cash for appointment visits.

What are your COVID-19 safety precautions?

We follow all CDC required guidelines. Rest assured, you’ll be coming into a safe office.

If I call with a question for the doctor, when can I expect a call back?

Depending on the urgency, the Doctor will return your call that day before the office closes, or first thing the following morning.

Do you have after hours care?

No, however the office is open until 7pm on Wednesdays.

I need a prescription refill. How do I request a refill?

Call your pharmacy first to make sure of any outstanding refills. For all psychotic and narcotic medications, an appointment is required. For all other refills, no appointment is necessary, as long as you are current with your medical care and labs.

I don’t live locally. Are you offering telemedicine appointments?

Yes, we are offering telemedicine.

What if I cannot make my appointment and need to reschedule?

Please inform the office within 24 hours, if possible. No show or late cancellations will incur a fee.

Can I be seen without an appointment?

We kindly decline walk-ins and require all our patients to make an appointment.

What should I bring with me to my appointment?

Always be ready to show your insurance card, ID and be ready to pay for your copay and/or balances due.

When will I get my lab/imaging results?

Your lab results will become available within 7 business days. We will call you to make a follow up appointment to review your results with the Doctor.

Are my medical records safe and confidential?

Yes, our office is HIPPA compliant.
